IAC acquires licensing rights on Dockers® and expands to the Andes region

IAC is excited to announce it will secure its continued and steady growth following the recent signature of a Dockers® licensing agreement with new brand owner Authentic Brands Group.

This 10-year partnership with ABG and Dockers® opens up new opportunities for innovation and expansion in the Latin American market, more specifically in Central America, Ecuador, Chile, Peru and Bolivia.

IAC will also continue to handle the distribution of Dockers® Footwear collections throughout the region and through the development and expertise of Genesco Brands.
